Default just diagnosed

I was just diagnosed with a spinal AVM. I have no symptoms and it was discovered by MRI while looking at something else. The neurosurgeon says not to worry about it and just live my life. Everything I read on the web says differently. Thoughts? Should i get a second opinion?

Personal opinion:

I'd say it depends on many variables.
1. Your age
2. The location
3. The size and type
4. Your lifestyle activities
