Default Success

I had a spinal AVM in my spinal cord at the C2 - C4. After speaking with some top neurosurgeons, I was told that mine was inoperatable, but found Dr. Spetzler at the Barrow Clinic. I believe that he is the best in the world. He felt that the risk of a catastrophic hemhorrage was much higher then surgery. After a difficult surgery, he successfully removed the AVM in December. I am now going to rehab and making strides and most importantly am AVM free!
