Default I found out I have AVM in my spine

I am a 27 year old farmer in Stuttgart, AR. I learned two days ago (July 12/05) that i have AVM in my spinal cord. I have had a shocking feeling from my left inner pec muscle to my little finger for 2 years. I thought it was just a bad nerve. I waited so long to get it checked out cause I didn't have insurance. I do now, so i went to a get checked out. The doctor did a few tests, and saw that there was nothing wrong, so he wanted me to get a MRI. Later that afternoon I received a call. It was my doc with the worst news Ive ever heard.
He didnt have too much to tell me about it. Just the basics. Right now he thinks im ok and we are taking our time to find the best possable treatment. If anyone could give me any advice on the best people that could save me from this nightmare, please don't hesitate to write.
Thank you for this site. It is VERY helpful. Ive learned more from it than what my doctor could tell me.
Sincerly, Chris
