Thank you for taking the time and interest in sharing your story. I believe it is very important to share experiences and exchange useful information.

A few important things to remember before you share your story.

• Try to space out your paragraphs and not write run-on sentences or paragraphs. They are extremely difficult to read.
• These stories are intended to be shared with others so they can cope and learn from them. Be as informational as possible.
• Share only what you are comfortable with. You are in no way obligated to share personal information.
